The classic mulled wine for particularly cold days. Ingredients: orange peel, black tea, candied pineapple pieces (pineapple, sugar), candied mango pieces (mango, sugar), cinnamon bark, candied papaya pieces (papaya, sugar), cloves, ginger pieces, cardamom, vanilla pieces. Preparation: Bring 0.25 liters of water to a boil, then add 0.25 liters of white or red wine shortly before boiling. Add 2-3 heaped teaspoons of mulled wine mixture on low heat. Add sugar to taste. Then let it steep for 5 minutes on low heat and strain with a sieve.
