Honduras is located in Central America and leads a shadowy existence compared to its famous neighboring countries, Costa Rica, Guatemala or El Salvador.
So far, only a few plantations have switched to producing high-quality coffee; most of the harvest disappears as "no-name" in simple industrial blends.
In the last December harvest, we found a fine highland variety that meets our requirements: Not too strong, very aromatic, with low acidity and a floral scent.
We are happy to promote unknown plantations and regions - ultimately, only quality counts! Another rarity, especially for espresso aficionados!
