In the north of Vietnam, a truly exceptional green tea grows in remote highland regions. Exceptional in every respect. Due to a lack of financial resources, the small tea gardens are provisionally cultivated in the simplest way. The organic-ecological cultivation method is also the (positive) result of these conditions; people have always known how to exploit the natural resources of the immediate surroundings and, for financial reasons, had to do without any artificial fertilizers or pesticides. The tea bushes are not pruned back to a size of approx. 80 cm, but reach almost tree-like dimensions of up to 4 meters!
