Exceptional specialty from the highlands of Yunnan - Southern China. At sunrise, the first delicate tips are hand-picked and, after a brief wilting in the shade, are hand-rolled into pearls. This process is repeated several times; each time, the delicate leaves are blanched over an open fire after a short rolling. After processing the white tea, it is layered together with freshly picked jasmine blossoms in wooden boxes and stored for several days. Afterwards, the wooden boxes are emptied, and the dried jasmine blossoms are hand-picked out. This process is repeated until the tea master deems the quality perfect and prepares the tea for export.
