Place approx. 1-2 grams of matcha powder (approx. 2 heaped bamboo scoops) into a matcha bowl or other bowl. Mix with a little warm water to form a paste. Then pour approx. 80 ml of water at a temperature of approx. 65°C (not boiling water) over it. Whisk with a matcha whisk in M-shaped movements until frothy. Instead of water, you can also use cow's milk, oat milk, or soy milk. Your matcha is now ready to enjoy!
