In Chinese, "great dragon tea". An exceptionally beautiful and high-quality premium tea from the highlands of Zhejiang. The long, fine tea leaves are hand-picked with the topmost tip. For wilting, the still fresh tea leaves are prepared on bamboo until they are supple enough for the subsequent "buttom" process and are finally carefully pressed with bamboo fans with great care. Through this centuries-old process, these "Lung Ching" teas develop their own unique aroma. One of China's rarest Lung Ching teas.
