Despite relatively poor harvest qualities, we found this fine, organically grown Second Flush in Darjeeling. We are particularly pleased that this fine tea also leaves a very good impression in the cup: a light nutty note and elegantly typical sweetness in the long finish. Of course, you cannot taste the ecological-organic cultivation in the cup. Visually, no differences can be detected either. For this, we guarantee with a certificate the verified alternative cultivation of the tea bushes in the highlands of Darjeeling. No artificial fertilizers, no chemical sprays may be used; only natural agents and resources from the immediate surroundings are used with great dedication by the plantation owners and managers. Nevertheless, it must be known that all other traditionally grown Darjeeling teas are also under the observation and control of international tea associations and biologists. Legally prescribed maximum quantity regulations, especially those of the EU, are meticulously adhered to and largely even significantly undercut!
